The main guarantee of the quality and safety of the services provided by the company is the "Contract-Receipt" that defines and fixes the personal responsibility of the contractor, as well as an official electronic check. The contract-receipt consists of three parts and is filled in in three stages 1) After a preliminary inspection of the condition of the car before lifting on the lift, visible damage to the car is recorded 2) The second part of the contract-receipt is filled out after lifting the car to the working height, removing the wheels, identifying the problems and making a decision about further actions. 3) In the third part of the Contract-receipt, specific operations performed are entered within the framework of which the contractor will be responsible. After the completion of all work and the signature of the Contract-Receipt, both parties issue an electronic cash register receipt.
