Air injection system into ventilation ducts - plus 15,000 rubles / steam (it is not always possible to perform structurally)

Floating design with H bobbins plus RUB 18,000 to a pair.

Blanks of canvases for self-production: we do not supply.

How are your discs different from brand-name composite discs? - 1) They are 2.5 times stronger than any top-end disc that you can find on sale. 2) They are practically not subject to through (blooming) corrosion 3) It is practically impossible to overheat and deform them, the crack resistance of the alloy and the density of the crystal lattice are close to low-carbon steel. 3) They wear out 2.5 times slower than any disc made of ordinary gray cast iron, while maintaining all the properties and conditions for normal friction and braking 4) They are two-piece 5) They have the most advanced ventilation system that provides easy maintenance of the part, maximum air flow and resistance to internal deformation (circular cross-section of channels) 6) They are made from absolute zero and to order, specifically for you and your machine, directly in Russia, starting with alloy melting and ending with assembly. 7) They are lighter than any composite and all-cast iron discs by an average of 30%, and in some cases up to 60%. For example, our composite disk  415x40 mm weighs only 16.7 kg, versus 19.8 for a regular one of the same size.

Do you pour whole discs? - No, we pour only rotors (blades) and only from ductile iron.

 

How much lighter are your drives? - We cannot answer this question, since one disc can be designed and manufactured in infinitely different ways.

 

How do you make discs? - By mechanically cutting blanks and attaching the components of the disc to each other.

What do you make discs from? - Rotors made of cast iron alloys, centers made of aluminum.

Where do you get cast iron? - we cook alloy to order and cast blanks of canvases.  

What kind of aluminum are you using? - Alloy D16T.

Are you making a floating rotor design? -Yes, we do, we install our own design expansion joints for the radial expansion of the rotor or third-party bobbins and the customer provides the fasteners.

What kind of fasteners are you using? - The required strength class and the diameter corresponding to the loads.

Can you make rotors for my central parts? - No, we only make complete discs.

Do you work with the regions? - Yes, we do. We send and receive in transport companies.

What are the guarantees? - The guarantee of operational safety is the implementation of working drawings with reinforcement of the loaded and mating areas of the component parts of the disk relative to factory products of similar dimensions, weight and configuration. In simple terms, if a composite disk of similar dimensions, for example, from Brembo, has a bearing wall of the interface between the rotor and the aluminum central part (where the bolts or bobbins are tightened) is 8 mm, we make it 8 mm or more. A refund is possible only if it is impossible to correctly install the finished part through the fault of the workshop (the dimensions of the disc do not correspond to the declared ones and they cannot be eliminated without the manufacture of new parts), as well as if a violation of the strength (static) of the disc structure is revealed that cannot be removed by pulling the fasteners. The strength of the casting and its special properties are guaranteed for an unlimited period, provided that the operating conditions for the declared type of fastening of the rotor to the center are observed, the guarantee of durability: 120,000 km for civilian use, 50,000 km for sports exploitation.

Operating modes: rigid bolting of the rotor (operating temperatures up to 400 C), expansion joints (operating temperatures up to 500 C), H and T bobbins (operating temperatures up to 600 C), over 600 C. compensate for deformations from 0.9 mm.
